what i loved most about this film was how perfectly the story and the visuals fit together. it’s clear the director has such a strong vision. they really know how to bring their ideas to life in a way that feels personal and intentional. this movie felt like a mirror to our own realities, showing us how we cope with them in all their complexity.
the color choices were another thing i liked. each shade was reflecting the characters’ moods or inner turmoil at different points. it was like the visuals were speaking for the characters in ways words couldn’t. really made everything feel even more alive.
my biggest problem with this film, however, is its pacing. there were moments where the story seemed to drag a bit, which made it hard to stay fully engaged at times. i get that it’s all part of the atmosphere the director’s going for, but it left me wishing it moved a little faster in places.
interesting ideas in the film could have been explored a bit more, and by the end, i was left wanting more, a bit frustrated even. almost like this narrative didn’t quite reach its full potential.
ultimately, 7/10
