Leonardo, 25, is from Salvador, Bahia, and holds a bachelor's degree in Filmmaking from the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia (UFRB).
He works as a filmmaker, editor, and motion designer, having worked in the field since 2019. In 2023, he was selected as a documentary filmmaker for the 9th edition of the Brazil Conference at Harvard & MIT, where he participated in the filming in Boston and edited the audiovisual content produced at the event. In the field of film production, he directed the photography and edited the music video "Tempo" (2022), supported by the "Cultura na Palma da Mão" (Culture in the Palm of Your Hand) grant. As an editor, he worked on "Suíte Cachoeirana" (2019) and, as a screenwriter and editor, on the comedy sketches "AURA" (2022) and "Show the Pier" (2022). He also worked as a production assistant on the documentary "Manga Rosa" (2018–), with episodes available on Globoplay. In 2025, he opened his own production company, Alto, which operates in both cinema and marketing and advertising.
