Jane Forth

March 4, 1953 — St. Clair Shores, Michigan, USA

Born March 4th 1953, Jane Forth dropped out of School at 15 and moved to New York. Forth's acting career came as a result of her relationship with Jay Johnson, who introduced her to Andy Warhol and the factory (where she initially worked as a secretary.) Her first role was Trash (1970), her role, like the majority of the actors, was completely ad-libbed. She was also an extremely successful model appearing in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and being a muse of Antonio Lopez. She followed up with a small role in Women in Revolt (1971), before starting alongside fellow model Donna Jordan in L'amour (1972.) Forth retired from the industry after giving birth to her son in 1971 and took up make up artistry.
